Sweets and confectionery items are generally very heavy so they're not cheap to send however, due to the large volume of orders we send out each day, we receive excellent rates from our carriers. We do not 'mark-up' our carriage and packing charges, we only charge you what it costs us.
Our carriers generally require a signature for all deliveries - that way we can track your parcel in the event of any problems. However, you have the choice of requesting that your parcel is "Left in a Safe Place" in which case your delivery will be left without a signature but neither ourselves or our carriers will be held responsible for missing parcels or non-delivery once the goods have left our warehouse. If you want your parcel "Left in a Safe Place" then request this in the special instructions box at the checkout.

Goods sent via our Standard Delivery Service usually take around 3 days to arrive. For orders up to £74.99 in value (ex Vat), we charge a flat rate of £3.95 to the majority of UK Mainland addresses.
Orders with a value of £75 or more (ex Vat) will be delivered FREE of Charge to UK Mainland addresses only via our Standard Delivery Service which normally takes around 3 days.
Delivery charge is £6.95 to our customers in these regions. Delivery usually takes around 3-5 days but can take a little longer to certain islands and remote areas.
We charge £6.95 for deliveries to the these islands. Delivery normally takes 3-5 days
We charge a flat rate of £6.95 to Northern Ireland. Delivery normally takes 3-5 days.
We charge £20 to Jersey and Guernsey. Delivery normally takes 3-5 days. Consignments weighing more than 25Kgs will be charged on a pro-rata basis in 5Kg increments.
We are currently unable to deliver to BFPO addresses but we hope to change this soon.
We offer excellent rates for delivery to the countries in Europe. The price will be calculated at the checkout. Delivery is by FedEx and takes between 2 - 5 days depending on location.
For the time being we are unable to deliver to North America. This is due to import problems with US Customs & Excise. They have imposed quite stringent restrictions on the importation of foodstuffs. We have applied for an import license and are waiting for this before we can resume deliveries. Sorry for this.
We are happy to deliver to any other country in the World so please contact us with your requirements and we'll work out a delivery price for you.
